At DRNS Drone Light Shows, we don’t just create drone shows — we build the people behind them. As part of our continuous growth and commitment to excellence, we successfully completed our first Training Seminar for Show Leads (Operations Level), designed to develop the next generation of professionals responsible for executing high-impact drone light shows.
From Strategy to Execution: Inside the Training
The seminar consisted of an intensive 8-hour training session, led by our CEO, Sergios Tzianos, covering all critical aspects of drone show operations.
Participants gained in-depth knowledge across:
Company history, vision, and values
The full project lifecycle — from post-sales planning to on-site execution
Our advanced drone show technology and innovation
Equipment and systems overview
Our custom-built ERP system, Mission Control, which enables precise coordination and control of every show
This structured approach ensures that every Show Lead fully understands not only the creative side of a drone show, but also the operational complexity behind it.
From Theory to Real-World Experience
At DRNS, training goes beyond theory.
Two days after the seminar, selected participants moved into a hands-on training experience, where they stepped into the field and executed a test drone light show themselves.
This transition from knowledge to execution is a critical part of our training philosophy — ensuring that every team member is prepared to perform under real conditions.
Why It Matters
Drone light shows are not just visual experiences — they are high-precision operations that require coordination, safety, and technical excellence.
By investing in structured training and real-world experience, DRNS ensures that every show:
Meets the highest standards of precision and safety
Delivers seamless execution, even in complex environments
Creates impactful, shareable experiences for brands, cities, and audiences.
Building the Future of Drone Show Operations
This initiative marks an important step in strengthening DRNS’s operational excellence and scaling our capabilities across international markets.
Because at DRNS, excellence is not taught — it’s practiced.
